I
Set up the park: hand every player their trailers and make each player's trailers a circle. Every trailer has a left and right neighbor.

Shuffle all 130 cards together and deal 7 to each player. The player with the closest birthday goes first.

On your turn: score flamingos (skip this on your first turn), fix any trouble, play up to 3 cards, toss one if you want, then draw back to 7.
IV
The second the 100th flamingo is added to the table, the game ends. Most flamingos wins. A tie goes to the player with more positive tenants.
Closest birthday starts. Don't make it weird.
